"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."

Air con didn’t reach the bedroom and could hear the traffic at night.

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

"This was an amazing stay! We loved our room/apartment! It was a great value for money - plenty of space and very handy to have a kitchen! There were laundry services available and breakfast was spectacular! The location was great - just a short walk from the supermarket and the main square. The staff was lovely!"

We stayed during the heatwave which I suppose is pretty rare. There’s no air conditioning but it was naturally quite cool in the apartment!

"Tiszta szállás, mely a központban található. A szoba csendes volt, alkalmas az egésznapos kirándulás utáni pihenésre. A személyzet kedves volt."

A szobából a kilátás egy csúnya belső udvarra nézett, ez lehangoló volt. Ezáltal a szoba sötét volt. A szemetet az 5 napos ott tartózkodásunk alatt egyszersem vitték el.

9:30-tól volt csak a reggeli. Medencét lehetne fűteni, ha meg nem akkot minek van?

The beds and pillows were too soft for our liking.

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"Very quiet and amazing location on the riverbank, despite the proximity of the center of Saigon so noisy and polluted. Nice building with spectacular views and lovely decoration. My appartment was spacious and very pleasant to live in."

Sofa bed could be better.

"Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

Le store dans la chambre ne permet pas d’avoir un noir total, il y avait de la lumière dans la chambre la nuit.

The power went out while we were there during the day. The staff don't speak any English but they are quick to translate with their phones!

"Jó elhelyezkedésű, metróhoz közel, fantasztikusan segítőkész és barátságos személyzet, hatalmas szobával. Nagyon alapos takarító személyzet. Egy ajánlás: a leszakadt függönyt meg kellene csinálni, még akkor is, ha csak a széle nincs a karnishoz erősítve."

Minden tetszett, a függönyt esetleg meg kellene időnként nézni és megigazítani, visszatenni :-)

Limited places to put clothes. Couldn’t work the outside blinds to shut out the street lights. Limited on street parking

Ha közvetlenül az út előtt foglaltunk volna, úgy láttuk, sokkal olcsóbb lett volna?!

"Nagyon megvoltunk elégedve a szállás felszereltségével, tisztaságával. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész! A termálvizes medencék szuperek voltak, nagyon kellemes vízhőmérséklettel. Az ételek is finomak reggelinél és vacsoránál is, bőséges választékkal. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!"

Amin meglepődtünk és furcsa volt, hogy ugye a kijelentkezés 10óráig volt lehetséges, de amikor visszamentünk az apartmanba fél 10kor már le volt kapcsolva az áram és letusolni sem tudtunk már ott, mert így meleg víz sem volt.

"A háziak nagyon kedvesek voltak, kávéval kínáltak érkezéskor nagyon tiszta és nagyon szép volt a ház és a szoba! Klíma van. Megengedték, hogy a motorral beálljunk a pici udvarukba. Ha autóval mentünk volna az utca végén nyilvánosan tudtunk volna parkolni. Közel volt a központ kb.3 perc gyalog! Terasz is volt a szobához, ide esténként kiültünk beszélgetni, nagyon kellemes volt csodás kilátással a hegyre és az erődre! Összességében minden rendben volt és nagyon jól éreztük itt magunkat!!! Ajánlom mindenkinek aki bírja a szűk fürdőszobát! 😉"

Túl pici volt a fürdöszoba, kb. 1m x 1,5 m túl szűk és kényelmetlen mint egy pici kabin. Itt van bent a wc és a kézmosó is!!!!! Hiányzott a kiskanál mikor kávét készítettem és a szekrény a szobából! A pipere tükörnél nem volt világítás és a törölköző tartó is kiszakadt a helyéről mikor ráakasztottam a törölközőt! Legközelebb jobban fogok figyelni foglaláskor, hogy ilyet ne válasszak!
