"Nagyon jó helyen volt, séta távra van a belvárosban minden. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész volt. Előbb elfoglalhattuk a szobánkat, illetve kicsekkolást követően ott hagyhattuk a csomagjainkat. Üzeneteimre gyorsan válaszoltak mindig. Az előtérben lévő mikro, kávéfőző és vízforraló nagyon hasznosak."

"Pallada is a nice place, and really conveniently located in walking distance of lots of Yerevan's attractions. The good coffee machine in the lobby was a really great touch. (Lots of places open relatively late in the morning, and being able to make tea or coffee when it suited us was very welcome!) Arsen was a really great and sweet host. One of our group injured their ankle, and he was keen for me to let him call all of his medically qualified family members to help! When there was a city-wide water problem, he made sure we had what we needed and made our stay as comfortable as possible. (He was mortified about the inconvenience to us, but shouldn't have been - he couldn't have done anything about it.) He also arranged a very early morning taxi to the airport. What a guy!"
