Ввічливий власник ,уважний до прохань жильців. Ставлю 10,як для помешкання в центрі Дурреса з спільною кухнею та ванною кімнатою. Велика квартира в гарному будинку,розподілена на номери.Кухня простора,є все необхідне для приготування їжі та комфортного споживання. Санвузол об'єднаний,теж достатніх розмірів,є ванна:)"

"1000% reccomened! I stayed for 5 nights with my 3 friends. The apartament was very clean, beds were really big and comfy, bathroom was cleaner than in a lot of hotels. Kitchen was very good equiped, just as the rest of the apartament. The air conditioning worked well and provided relief. The owner was so nice and polite, and it was really easy to communicate at any time! If I am ever back in Durres I will think about staying here again."

"Apartment on the promenade "lungomare" above pizzeria "nonna" with a view of the sea. Right across the street from the apartment is the city beach in Valona. In less than 10 min. is the center of the city. The parking place is secured by a ramp, right behind the building. The kitchen is decisively equipped. The owner is very helpful and responds immediately to a pop-up message."
