"A szálloda gyönyörű, és tiszta. A tulajdonos, és a személyzet nagyon kedves,rendkívül segítőkész, barátságos. A hotel étterme a legjobb a környéken, kérésünkre készítettek olyan ételt ami nem szerepel az étlapon. A hotelból a kilátás csodálatos, a strandok jók. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. Szuper nyaralás volt."

"Nagyon szép, tiszta hotel, kedves személyzettel. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, közel van a tengerpart, éttermek. Nagyon jó volt a reggeli kávé (olasz típusú)."

"A szobánk a városra nézett és sajnos emiatt éjjel is zajos volt, ha nyitott erkélyajtónál akartunk aludni, mivel a szemben levő éttermekben éjjel-nappal szólt a zene. A reggeli elég kicsi adag, omlett, némi zöldség, egy szelet sonka és sajt. Mi a férjemnek két adagot kértünk, cserébe nem kértünk croissant, mivel azok bár jó ízűek voltak 2 db-ot kap egy ember, de kicsik. Viszont minden reggel kérés nélkül kaptunk üdítőt. Ami még nem tetszett, hogy a meleg vizet nehezen lehetett beállítani, így mikor a kislányomat fürdettük ez nagyon bosszantó volt, egyszer túl hideg volt, utána pedig forró."

"Fantastic place to stay in Ksmail . Location perfect for exploring the area accessing trips and tours, and experiencing both busy and quiet areas . The hotel room was perfect, clean, comfortable and with a sea view . Despite being near loud bars on the sea front, once we closed doors there was no noise we were undisturbed and slept really well . Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying amazing sunsets . The staff were all pleasant and helpful . The young lad that served breakfast, was so lovely and did a great job . The amount of food was very generous , more than we could eat ! The bus to Sarande was outside the hotel so ideal for getting back to the ferry port . Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again !"

"A very well-located brand and new small hotel with a beautiful view from the sea facing rooms. There is a parking area right next to the hotel which is a huge bonus as street parking can be difficult. The owners were very friendly and there is a restaurant on site. I expected to hear the noisy beach bars from our room but we could not hear them at all. It suited our needs perfectly."

"The staff were fabulous and location was great... the closest beach is the busiest but easy to walk a short way to a more relaxed beach and atmosphere. The hotel breakfast so good. Highly recommend for a stay that is easy and good value for Ksamil."

"We didn't mind but the street facing rooms can be a wee bit noisy if you are a light sleeper but funny to watch the street action at night."

"The location, the view, the staff, breakfast. Even a special request that was requested before going to the hotel was completed perfectly. Everything was up to the highest standards! Would go once again 10/10!"
